The client agrees to provide all necessary information, content, credentials, approvals, and materials required for project execution; ensure that all submitted materials, including text, images, logos, trademarks, videos, and other assets, are legally owned or authorized for use; review and provide approvals, feedback, or revisions within a reasonable timeframe; and maintain backup copies of their website, content, and business data. Go Hype Media shall not be held responsible for delays resulting from incomplete information, delayed approvals, or failure to provide required resources.

Payments and Billing
All payments shall be made according to the agreed proposal, quotation, invoice, or contract. Projects may require an advance payment before commencement. All invoices must be paid within the specified payment terms. Delayed payments may result in suspension or termination of services without prior notice. Any taxes, transaction fees, government levies, or third-party costs shall be borne by the client. Go Hype Media reserves the right to charge additional fees for work requested beyond the agreed scope.

Payment and Service Policy
Due to the nature of professional digital services, payments made towards consultation, strategy, marketing, design, development, advertising management, creative services, and other professional services are generally non-refundable once work has commenced. If a project is paused, canceled, or discontinued by the client, charges for work completed up to that point shall remain payable. Expenses incurred on behalf of the client, including advertising spend, software subscriptions, domain registrations, hosting services, plugins, APIs, and third-party tools, are non-refundable. Go Hype Media reserves the right to suspend or terminate services due to delayed payments, non-compliance, or breach of these Terms.

Project Timelines and Delivery
All timelines provided by Go Hype Media are estimates and are subject to timely client approvals, availability of required information and materials, third-party dependencies, scope modifications, and technical or unforeseen circumstances. We shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of final approved deliverables shall transfer to the client only after full payment has been received. Go Hype Media retains ownership of all proprietary methodologies, strategies, templates, frameworks, concepts, software components, internal processes, and tools used in delivering services. We reserve the right to display completed projects, logos, publicly available work, and case studies in our portfolio, presentations, and promotional materials.

Our services may involve third-party providers, including search engines, social media platforms, advertising platforms, hosting providers, domain registrars, analytics providers, payment gateways, software providers, and technology vendors. Go Hype Media shall not be responsible for service interruptions, policy changes, account suspensions, algorithm updates, data loss, or other actions taken by third-party service providers.

While Go Hype Media strives to provide professional and effective services, we do not guarantee specific search engine rankings, lead generation numbers, sales or revenue growth, advertising performance, social media engagement, website traffic, business profitability, or commercial outcomes. Results vary depending on market conditions, competition, industry factors, customer behavior, and external variables beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Go Hype Media shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages; loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or business opportunities; data loss or corruption; service interruptions; third-party claims; or cybersecurity incidents beyond our reasonable control. Under no circumstances shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

Users shall not attempt unauthorized access to our systems or servers; upload malicious software, viruses, or harmful code; copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit website content without permission; use automated systems to scrape or collect data; or engage in unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activities.
